Computer or Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform gap analysis on data/content and functionality for coverage and feasibility.
• Communicate with various internal team members and clients to understand the full scope of a

project.

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates licensed products and how they fit into our client’s environment.
• Writes documentation of requirements, customization needs and client integration details.
• Create and maintain functional specification for all project deliverables.
• Assist with requirements for new product creation based on sales and client demands.
• Assist sales with new revenue opportunities, performing feasibility analysis and flesh out requirements.
• Assistance with project management for various internal projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of the Internet/mobile technologies (HTML5, XML, SSO, Responsive Design, etc).
